Cottage Rosalie Terms and Conditions

1. rental agreement, reservation

If you like to reserve Cottage Rosalie please fill out the contact form or write an email. We need to know the number of persons and your intended duration of stay. We will then confirm the booking and communicate the total sum to you. The reservation is binding as soon as we receive a down payment according to our terms of payment.

2. terms of payment

After receiving the booking conformation please transfer 20 % of the total sum to our bank account within 14 days. If you cancel the reservation the part payment will not be recompensed. The outstanding balance is due uppon arrival.

3. deposit

A deposit against breakages and losses of 50 Euro is held and returnable uppon departure minus any breakage or loss that may have been incurred.

4. arrival and departure

You may check in from 4 pm to 6 pm. (Please let us know if later arrival is necessary.) Check-out is from 9 am to 12 am.
